Basic Qualifications 2+ years travel agency experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business education preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software GDS Experience with Apollo or Sabre Demonstrated professional customer service skills Ability to work weekends when needed Resident of Cleveland area Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources Proven pursuit of learning and self-development Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity Capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility Effective oral and written communications skills Organizational skills that result in high productivity
