Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)3+ years of experience as a travel agent with experience booking hotel, flight, and car rentals and itineraries3+ years of experience working with the SABRE reservation systemProficient with city, airline, hotel and car rental codesBasic travel & geography knowledgeProficiency with Microsoft Office including Word (document, data entry), Excel (creating and updating tracking spreadsheet), and Outlook (mail, calendar invites)Ability to work 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with the ability to support weekends and on-call as neededPreferred Qualifications:Travel Agent CertificationExperience working with international accountsCorporate Travel experienceExperience with Call Center terminologyStrong communication and organizational skills to properly pass relevant and detailed customer data to a Global Support Emergency SpecialistSoft Skills:Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervisionExcellent computer and typing skills, which includes the ability to navigate between programs quickly by using shortcut keysHighly productive in a self-directed work environmentCareers withUnitedHealthcare.
