As a Customer Service Representative at TII, you provide exceptional customer service to ensure our travelers have appropriate trip protection. You guide our insureds through our plan options, so they are knowledgeable about the many offerings to choose from. You take pride in knowing youre helping our insureds travel safe, travel relaxed Travel Insured!
What you will do:
Communicate with travel agents and customers via phone (inbound calls), e-mail, and various social media platforms to provide accurate information about our products and services to enable them to purchase policies that meet their specific travel needs and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer requests for information on policies based on their needs and/or travel concerns.
Assist customers with questions, policy changes and/or cancellations as needed.
Recommend products that best suit the customers travel protection needs.
Adhere to Travel Insured scripts and best practices when dealing with customer and agent interactions.
Promptly resolve service issues and complaints with empathy and in a timely manner.
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and all steps that were taken.
Serve as a customer advocate in all interactions to provide an outstanding Customer Experience.

High School Diploma or GED.
Must hold a Personal Lines license or be able to attain the license within 90 days (training provided).
Call center experience is a plus, concentrated customer service experience required.
