· Support and monitor ARC and Sabre reports · Support GDS Help Desk for IC airline inquiries and problem resolution · Support Non-GDS Help Desk for IC inquiries and problem resolution · Support Independent Contractors (ICs) to succeed successfully in the operation of air-related Travel Systems · Research and assist with “Debit Memo” resolution · Support Air Ticketing Desk for fulfillment and processing of IC air needs · Manual and processing, pricing, and issuing of air tickets and exchanges of international and domestic travel · Must be able to interpret domestic and international fare calculations with Company airline contracts, comprehension of fares construction and calculations · Monitor and work “error” queues for online reservations · Monitor and work Schedule Change queues · Charge appropriate fees as directed or when applicable · Support and monitor possible fraudulent ticketing attacks · Utilization of The Travel Society (TTS) preferred vendors whenever possible to maximize profit · Interact with traveler or arranger and provides an exceptional level of support for customer service and technical issues · Support Operations Help Desk for IC inquiries and problem resolution · Provide consultative services to clients, responding to and addressing IC service-related issues · Support GDS platforms usage, including maintenance, education, functionality, formats, enhancements, and communication to ICs · Ability to manage daily Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) reports for both Apollo and Sabre transactions · Support airline Vendors for communications, problem-solving, and client satisfaction · Assist with the annual meeting as directed by the Executive Team · Support Executive Committee with special projects related to the Air Department & Operations · Follows company standards regarding policies, utilization of tools, productivity, the accuracy of work, and attendance · Attends staff and training meetings for ongoing updates on the travel industry and office procedures, which may require you to work in the office headquarters · Maintains a favorable working relationship with affiliated company employees to promote a cooperative working environment · Assist with internal monthly educational online seminar content, preparation, and delivery NOTE: Not an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the position.
