We are seeking a Product Engagement Specialist to join our team and be responsible for driving user engagement and retention for our various products.
The ideal candidate will be a data driven problem-solver with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. The candidate will also have a deep understanding of user behavior, be able to identify user pain points, and design sales and implementation materials to drive product usage and engagement.
The Product Engagement Specialist will work closely with senior leadership, end users, product management, operations, marketing, design, and training teams to create and execute adoption and engagement strategies.
Analyze user data to identify patterns and insights to create adoption, engagement, and retention strategies.
Develop positioning, audience targeting, messaging and execute implementation plans for new product launches and updated product relaunches.
Develop and execute adoption and engagement strategies to drive overall usage of products and services offered by Global Travel Collection.
Facilitate webinars and the sales of programs and agency tools to generate new client leads, upgrade current clients, and increase efficiency with booking and agency operations tools.
Continuously monitor engagement and retention metrics and provide recommendations to improve user experience.
Communicates program updates/changes to all internal stakeholders and users.
Identify opportunities to leverage user-generated content and social media to increase engagement and retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could impact user engagement and retention.
Engage with end users to understand pain points and new requests and translate those into product and service enhancements.
Engage with new advisors to collect and manage advisor data attributes.
Develop effective sales and engagement materials for GTC products and services in collaboration with key stakeholders to include the below deliverables:
Background Info, talking points and sales slicks for internal use to engage new and existing advisors. Updated as needed to reflect any changes/ enhancements of products/ services.
Sales and engagement materials that can be utilized during sales calls or presentations with potential independent travel advisor’s client prospects that showcase features and benefits of each specific product/ service.
Coordinate with the training team to develop a Materials Resource Library – create and maintain a shared, searchable library of sales and engagement materials for internal use organized by department and topic that can be accessed by Sales/ Executive team/ Management
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration or similar.
3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a software or technology company.
Travel Industry experience a plus
Must have a strong sense of urgency, outstanding project and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong skills in building sales materials that effectively communicate the features and value to drive product and services usage.
Ability to translate pain points into meaningful business requirements that can be addressed via process improvements and technology enhancements.
