Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and other resources.
Facilitate webinars to build the skills of our members on internal Travel Leaders Network technology programs, marketing programs, preferred suppliers, and business best practices.
Develop e-learning lessons and recorded webinars. Continually review and update as needed.
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in person and virtually, to large and small groups across the United States and Canada.
Review and modify Business Specialist Program Curricula, Corporate Account Management Curricula for specialist programs in place today.
Manage individually assigned projects efficiently and effectively within the constraints of time and budget.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary revisions and improvements as needed.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in areas of corporate travel advisors and leisure travel for front line advisor skill sets.
Maintain training records, documentation, and reports to track training participation and effectiveness.
Provide customer service support through email and phone calls.

7+ years of travel agent/agency experience in corporate travel or corporate travel management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design and training delivery, preferably in a corporate travel or leisure travel setting.
Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs that drive performance and engagement.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia authoring tools.
Excellent project management skills with adherence to strict timeframes & deadlines
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in using technology for training delivery, such as virtual meeting platforms and e-learning software along with proficient in technology usage of Microsoft office Suite of Products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to present and teach material to individuals with a wide range of educational backgrounds and technical skills.
Experience with Articulate and Storyline a PLUS
Solid written and verbal communications skills required.
A willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
