We are seeking a Travel advisor to book domestic and international travel for corporate clients and group ticketing. Must be proficient using the Amadeus GDS for pricing, booking, ticketing, and exchanging for travel or a similar travel platform. Excellent customer service skills, patience, great attention to detail, and a willingness to please are required.  Experience doing a short or long term mission trip is also helpful but not required. Certification in ARC or IATA is a plus. 

Position is remote, with possible hybrid days. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & finalize all travel needs for clients and prepare itineraries including flights, ground transportation, hotels & personal reservations.
• Reconcile airline tickets with IAR and prepare weekly sales report
• Able to handle sensitive material concerning organization with a high degree of confidentiality
• Able to anticipate travel issues and able to effectively troubleshoot when obstacles such as weather and flight cancellations occur
• Communicate with each team member so everyone is aware of travel schedules
• Assisting with ARC reports

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Suite with high degree of proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel
• Excellent with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proofreading marketing materials a must
• Able to multitask, work at a fast pace and anticipate needs
• Reliable & flexible with attention to detail
• Experience in working in family-owned business a plus
• Able to do ARC reports (not required but a plus)
• At least 1 year with Amadeus
