MAST Travel Network, an Oak Brook based travel agency consortium, sales and marketing company is seeking a Member Recruitment & Account Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about their work, familiar with travel agency operations, and enthusiastic about the travel industry.Member Account Management:- Encourage and monitor member participation in MAST’s programs- Manage new member onboarding and orientation process- Provide updates and metrics on membership to senior leadership and board- Administer annual membership renewal process- Mentor Agencies to grow sales through the utilization of MAST programs (TCH, MCS, Group Space)- Conduct ongoing member check-ins via in person, phone, etc.
