Our small travel agency based in California is seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage various financial aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing receivables, payables, profit and loss statements, and other financial data as needed. Currently, we utilize WeTravel with its white label Stripe payment processing system; however, we are open to considering other solutions that may better suit our needs. It is essential that the bookkeeper is familiar with travel agency operations to ensure seamless integration and understanding of our unique financial requirements. The selected individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our agency, providing accurate and timely reports to assist in decision-making processes.
